I called Everett from a referal from a friend that spoke very highly of him. As soon as I met with him I was put at ease with his friendly domineer. i did not feel an discomfort or pressure from Everett w very highly of him. I've had my Chevy vehicles serviced by Capital and the work has been good with exception to a couple times dealing with electrical work on an older car ('98) and a warranty issue. Even with the mishap the work has been good with exception to a couple times dealing with electrical work on an older car ('98) and a warranty issue. Even with the mishaps, and the extra running around they caused me, they still got it fixed and done right in the end. Had they done a little more troubleshooting before pointing a finger, it could have been avoided though. Another time they were unable to supply a rental vehicle as per warranty service agreement. They couldn't even provide me with a vehicle off the lot, in spite of the fact they will allow test drives over the weekend. No courtesy vehicles either. Everything else the service people have done has been great. I was only able to add the two managers I dealt with in service, the techs are not listed. More

On the sales side I've spoken with Jesse about many of their vehicles. He knows them inside and out, a walking user manual for pretty much anything they have. My experience was vantastic from the start until the vechile was delivered to me.The experience started with Trevor driving the vechile to Moose Jaw were i examined the vechile and test drove it. He then took pictures of my trade and called me with a price and what the bottom line was on the vechile. In which made my decision easier. Even after the deal was made their were issues trevor came back to moose jaw picked up my truck and returned back to the dealer to make repairs, and returning my truck back to moose Jaw after repairs. I would recommend this dealer ship for their hard work and customer service any time they definately have the customer in mind. this dealership is a breath of fresh air as they look after their clients....and to let you know this is my second vechile with themif they keep this up i will definately return to purchase another one.
