I first spoke with Jazz on the phone, and she was super friendly and helpful. Then for the actual "car shopping" I dealt with Terry, who was very knowledgeable,patient, helpful and best of all was not pus friendly and helpful. In 2008, I purchased a vehicle from Capital. We decided that this year we would look for another vehicle,(additional vehicle)visited Capital and informed the Sales Representative of the vehicle we were loo that this year we would look for another vehicle,(additional vehicle)visited Capital and informed the Sales Representative of the vehicle we were looking for. We heard nothing (the Representative had left Capital,)until I received an email from Corey McDonald. He had reveiwed your prior sales files of Representatives that were no longer with the company and offered his service. We visited Corey as we were very impressed with his initiative. We told Corey of our desire and were informed that he would look for a vehicle that met our desires. Corey, true to his word emailed us that a vehicle would be available shortly. On its arrival he contacted us, we viewed and purchased the vehicle. As I said Corey was a young man from the old school of business. His word was true and his ethics and respect for the customer were very pleasing. While we waited for the service to the vehicle I contacted Corey for an add on which he looked after for us. Corey was not satisfied with the product that was added and had replacement parts ordered. He was apologetic but he was looking after our interest which again we appreciated. We dealt with Matt Fischer for the financing and as in 2008, his professional manner and suggestions were appreciated. On returning the vehicle for the replacement of the add on, Amanda Bray was very helpful. I questioned her on an item for our other vehicle which she would have to research. Before we got home, she had phoned with the information and left a message. The whole experince was very pleasant. More

As being a long term client with Capital, there was a time not so long ago that the degree of service I was receiving started to become very low and now what I would call not good quality.
