Upon attending to Capital and being introduced to Warren and subsequently Sherry, they both treated us very warmly and were really interested in what type of vehicle we were looking to purchase. Warren went out of his way to come in the second day while on his day off to help us find the vehicle that suits our needs. We all appreciate having the day off and he helped us for almost half the day from start to finish. I have given this dealership a excellent review becuase while there were some obstacles(due on my part), the sales team worked every step of the way with me to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted. I dealt with a few personnel and each one gave me their undivided attention and worked together to get the deal done. The showroom is awesome and very inviting and had a great selection of vehicles to chose from. I am the type of consumer who has some financial issues but the team worked with me and since this is my third lease with GMC, I was glad they took into consideration that i have been a true client as well. I have recommended Capital GMC to several of my friends and have told them about my great experience there. As a First Nations person, we are not always treated with such respect and kindness and it is something that I have made sure to pass on to my other First Nations friends. More

Although we bought a car we really enjoy, the process was not great. Steve is friendly enough but what disappointed us was the fact that he presented the car to us through the brochure. we asked for some det not great. We thought about and test drove other cars and had the same type of freindly service at other locations. when we asked for some specific upgrades we were told that Steve had called ahead to the dealership in AB that the car came from and assured us the car had what we asked for. we left a deposit and was told the car would arrive Monday...in fact it did not and we had to call in and follow up. we noticed that some of the specific things we asked for on the car were missing. when we asked about this Steve went and got someone else to tell us that the brochure pictures which Steve had used to make the sale to us we're subject to change. THANKS! We were told that the keyless push start the book showed didn't come in an all wheel drive car..come on! Steve heard me say I liked music and that seemed to be all he focused on. One of the most important things I had said was that I needed Blue tooth. Steve said that he would spend an hour with us after we got the car to show us how to use the technology...well he couldn't have gotten rid of us any quicker..he spent less that 2 minutes explaining things. he saw me reading the manual and he said everything I needed to know was in the book. we did try to figure things out ourselves and couldn't...we went back and was told that the package we bought didn't include the extras we were reading about in he manual. GREAT! Steve said we were asking him great questions and he didn't know the answers...said he would send an email directly to the GM head office and get back to us in 2 days..well that is over 3 weeks ago and we have not heard a thing. I still can't figure out lots of the options on the car. Steve did give my husband a gift certificate to the Keg restaurant...I am not sure if it was an apology or to say thanks for spending over 50,000 on a car that wasnt what he said we were getting and just accepting things anyways!
