These guys gave the best customer service I could ever ask for. The salesman, Jesse, was quick to help me when I walked into the dealership. He was friendly and talkative and not at Al what everyone assumes a car salesman to be. He asked me what I was looking for and I into the dealership. He was friendly and talkative and not at Al what everyone assumes a car salesman to be. He asked me what I was looking for and I explained that I had a discussed car picked out from the website. He showed me the exact car with no hesitation, allowed me to take it our for a test drive within minutes and offered nothing but information and company during the drive. When we returned to the dealership I was all but sold on the car and he made sure that all of the pricing information I requested was provided to me. Matt was the financing person I dealt with and he was excellent. My questions were asked promptly and correctly, he only added one extra cost feature and I brought it up so there was zero pressure. He even made sure I was able to take my new car home that night despite the fact that I said I could wait. I would deal with these guys again in a heartbeat. More
Dayton has done his research on product information. He was very well versed in what GMC has to offer over other brands. We werent able to put a deal together only because of the excessive milage on my cur was very well versed in what GMC has to offer over other brands. Amazing!! My sister had dealt with Shaun in the past so when I was looking for a new car I thought I should call up the guy she had raved about for months after purchasing her car. I'm so glad I did! I had already decided what I wanted and was ready to go to Ford and order the car I had decided on....something made me call Shaun and tell him what I was planning to do. We talked for a while about what I wanted and why I had decided to go new from Ford. He talked about the buy backs that he had on the lot and he dug in and did some comparing for me. Not only was Shaun able to give me exactly what I wanted, he saved me a ton of money!! Shaun was patient with me - he didn't shake his head like the other sales guys I had dealt with while making my original decision and he kept reassuring me that getting what I wanted was most important. I was really impressed when I went in and found he had everything organized and ready to go thru with me. In the end I did get what I wanted and I'm crazy happy with my car. Thank you Shaun! The sales portion was good i didnt like that i was not able to be present while price negotations were taking place.
