Up until visiting Capital I had never really had an enjoyable dealership experience. But after coming in to Capital and speaking with Chad, my entire perspective has changed. I came in to browse the new trucks, hoping to fly under the radar and not have to deal with anybody, and up walks Chad with a big smile and a friendly hand shake. I was instantly put at ease as I could tell he wasn't in it to push me in any direction or sway my "browsing" mentality. Even though I told him upfront I was only looking around, he spent time with me and answered any questions I had very honestly and genuinely as if we were a couple of buddies walking the lot.
