Ryan and the other Sales staff rely on their technicians to have performed thorough inspections & so far I don't have much faith in that process at Capital. The day I bought my vehicle I had just got off an early morning flight from Toronto and I wouldn't be back in Regina again. So his interest in me was the reason I headed to Capitol rather than other dealerships. We headed out to the used lot to look for ourselves because we were on a time limit and didn't have much patience because we were tired. The first person to help us was Don and he was awesome!! I thought my experience with someone selling used vehicles would be scary but Don made it fun and it was genuine. He shared some of his sporting philosophy, experience and autograph. He was honest and taught me some things. I am a teacher so I like to think. Right away I trusted that I wouldn't be ripped off and that I would be taken care of. Jessica was friendly and honest and Tony, busy, but took the time to check over Jessica's work as she was new and make sure I was satisfied. When I picked up my vehicle I was late getting to Regina after a ridiculous day on the road but Don and Michael stayed after closing to finish up the sale. Don had the music pumping in my vehicle when I picked it up and it made the experience that much more enjoyable. They also took my 2002 Mazda off my hands and I benefited from cash for clunkers. My vehicle is great and handles the wet gravel roads that I travel well. I am proud to have a GMC and never thought I would venture away from a Honda or Toyota which is what I grew up with. I was shopping on-line from Saskatoon, so my dealings with Everett were by telephone. I was enquiring about an '05 Chevy Cavalier they had advertised on-line. Right from the get-go, Everett was so friendly and helpful. He went right out to the car in order to be able to answer the questions I had regarding its condition and specifications. I was planning on coming down on the weekend to see the vehicle, so Everett and Jazz arranged a Visa deposit for me, and Everett continued to answer any and all further questions I had, through a number of phone calls. I later had to cancel the Visa deposit, and wasn't able to make the trip to Regina to see the vehicle, and Everett was patient and professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process, even though I wasn't able to proceed with purchasing the vehicle.
