Piyush was very friendly and accommodating, we really felt like he was not trying to sell us a car as much as trying to find the right car for us which was great. We do feel the price was a bit high, and the morning after we may have paid to much for what we bought, but we had a great experience and will definitely come back in a few years to replace our other car. Showing of avalable vehicles was good. It did take a few visits to get pricing and the sales person interest. The closing of the deal once I finally made a decsion was very long. Spent 5 hour on my Saturday off sitting in the dealership (Not what I want to be doing on my day off) I bought a new Dodge in 2011 the entire process took less than 15 min once I had mad a decsion. The vehicle also came very dirty inside and out, I spent 5 hours claening it once I got it home, It also has scratches on the hood, roof, grill, and rear corners. I had to take the NEW truck back to the dealership for service to get the scatchs buffed out in the first week of owning it. I taraded my dodge truck in and the trade is to be paid out in cash as the vehicle was paid for and I leased a new GMC. 1 Week later and I still have not received the funds ($45000.00) even thow my old truck is on the used car lot fore sale. I dought there will be any interest adjusment added. Love the truck and once the sales person was engaged he was very helpful. The dealership is inviting and clean, all staff is very friendly and helpful weather it was talking with the sales team or the reception personal. The specalty parts guys are very helpfull and friendly. I have purchased a few accessories for the truck already and the service from them was very good. Tim More

Ben and Nathan arranged for my husband and I to take test drives of a couple of different vehicles to run our Saturday errands. After the test drives and because we were provided with such great customer service and information, I walked out with a new GMC Terrain. I am absolutely loving my new vehicle, and despite the 'impulse' purchase, I have no regrets!
