I have purchased new vehicles from Capital GMC in the past and I was always completely satisfied with the sales process there. So when I was in the market for a used vehicle, Capital GMC was my first sto past and I was always completely satisfied with the sales process there. So when I was in the market for a used vehicle, Capital GMC was my first stop. Even though I wasn't looking for a GM, I went to Capital because I know they usually have the best selection of used vehicle of all types. We were looking for an Elantra and they had like 10 2013's to choose from. Even though we took our time with the buy, our saleperson Colin was really patient with us and let us take out a couple of different cars for as long as we needed. And when it came to the price, Jay and Dan kept working on the deal until my wife and I were happy with it. I would definitely recoomend anyone deal with these guys and I will do it again for sure. Good service overall, friendly and courteous. One thing I would like to express was that I had asked for an amount for monthly payments. I took a brand new vehicle for a test drive and was told I could ta I would like to express was that I had asked for an amount for monthly payments. I took a brand new vehicle for a test drive and was told I could take it home overnight. I enjoyed this very much. The vehicle was a 2013 GMC Sierra crew cab. I had not inspected the vehicle and when I did look at the passenger side there was a big scratch extending along the top side of the box on the passenger side. I brought it back and informed Tony of this scratch. Also because the payments when I was told were $214 and not as I requested at about $160 per month that I decided that was too much for payments and did not deal on this vehicle. I then went and asked about the pre-owned vehicles and was shown a blue GMC Sierra Nevada. There were some scratches on it and we talked about some compromise about this. I would say that i am overall pleased with the vehicle I purchased and have never had a vehicle this new so i will enjoy this truck for many years to come. My friend Perry Pachkowski delivered the truck and went over some of the features and things I would need to know about the truck. This is great customer service on behalf of your company and I was able to have my co-workers view the vehicle I had just purchased. One thing that could be let known to the customer is the time it would take to go over these items when the vehicle is delivered because I had a meeting to attend the evening Perry brought the truck and it made me very rushed to get to the meeting.
