Everett was very good about taking my request for an all wheel drive car. He took my details and wishes and two weeks later he had exactly what I was looking for. It was for personal reasons that my bride and I decided to look into buying a different vehicle. A somewhat unusual phone call brought Mr. Taylor Wilson into our lives. Long story short in that regard, I asked Mr. Wilson as to whether he had a certain vehicle, which he said was in inventory. Following day he brought it by. My bride took it for a drive because she was going to be the primary driver, and she said she liked it. I then took it out. My own personal opinion is that a vehicle is a means to an end, nothing to get attached to. For my wife it has to be something she is comfortable with. The vehicle that she was going to be relieved of, was in her words, "her little tank." In other words, very reliable for her on winter roads as far as controllability in particular, and comfort (creature comforts) etc., so it had to meet this criteria, which in her opinion it did. Price, well, trade in dollars are never enough. I don't care which dealership you look at, there is always room for a few dollars more. Under the circumstances we encountered, Mr. Tony did the best he could with what he had available (I should have worked him harder :) ) in any case after enlightening me on some circumstances I wasn't aware of, I would like to think he had our interests at heart, as well as Capitol's of course. I understand everyone has to eat, being a business owner myself. Last, but not least Mr. Jonah made the final paperwork very painless, something that is a rare commodity, in my opinion. Made the numbers work, exactly the way he was asked to do. After the dust settled, to keep this short, everyone involved in this transaction, in my humble opinion, went the extra yard, to make certain we were dealt with in a fair and equitable manner, well, Mr. Tony gave barely an inch!!!!!!!!!! :) All in all, I would recommend the afore mentioned people in a heart beat. We were mostly satisfied with our experience in buying a used car. Our salesman was an easy fellow to deal with, and we would recommened him to someone else.
