My experience with capital was over all pretty great. I came on a busy Saturday and had no problem getting help. Kevin found me a sales person right away to get the process started. Everett was extreme knowledgable about the vehicles I was interested in and always assured me I had options. Everett was never pushy, or made me feel pressured in a vehicle choice. After all said and done Everett took the time to show me all the features my new truck had and quickly set appointments for things I wanted down the road. I can say Everett changed my view of the typical sales man I once had. Jessica was fantastic in the finance division as well. Jessica worked diligently in preparing and figuring out my best options. I also want to mention that there were a few bumps along the way with my deal and Jessica never hesitated to do her best in helping me to finish the deal. Thanks capital! More

I dealt more with the finance guy from the running commercial.. I don't recall his name, however he was really great, I came in with a high interest car loan and he got me into something newer with an commercial.. I find with other dealers from the moment you walk in their main goal is to just sell you a car as fast as possible and move on to the next customer. Trevor and Jesse both took the time to listen to my wants and needs to figure out which type of vehicle suited my lifestyle best. Not once did i feel pressured and every time I visited the dealer I felt very welcomed. This call resulted in my purchase of a 2013 GMC Sierra 4x4. I was greeted at the dealership by friendly, helpful staff. Trevor quickly located a few options for vehicles that would meet my requirements and took me for a test drive. Matt Fischer, Financial Services Manager, was extremely efficient in getting the financing paperwork in order. Overall, I was very impressed with my experience at Capital.
