Capital GMC Buick Cadillac

Me and my wife starting looking at Capital in the summer. We needed a bigger vehicle for our growing family and wanted to come look at and test drive the GMC Yukons that were on the lot. Because we are from out of town and a 10hr drive north, we did not have a lot of time. We showed up one day in August and were greeted right away at the front counter. We were put in touch with Ron GELOWITZ and he helped us find what we were looking for. We asked about the Yukons and took one for a test drive. We didn't buy right away that day and knew that we were coming back in a few months and wanted to look around. I kept in contact with Ron by email and any questions I fired off to him he was very quick to respond. I was very impressed the way that we were treated by Ron and the staff at Captial. Even thoguh we did not buy something right away, we did not feel pressured at all and it made our decision to buy very easy. We did go to numerous other dealerships in the province to look at the same vehicle, but we kept coming back to Capital for a few reasons such as selection of vehicles, Ron and price. Respect and honesty goes a long way and when someone like Ron worked as hard as he did to get our business, we made the decision to come see him the first week of October. Just to give you an idea of how well Ron did, I gave him the date we were coming to look, I told him the vehicle we wanted to test drive and buy and he came in on a day off just to do the deal. Now that is impressive. We have had our Yukon now for a few months and couldn't be happier with it. I have told anyone I know to come see Ron and the staff at Captial if they are looking at a vehicle. They made a potentially stressful situation of buying a new vehicle very easy and were very accomodating. I would and will recommend anyone I know to come to Captial GMC to buy a vehicle and I will also be back when I need a trade up or just something new. Good job Ron!!! More

Currently driving a 2006 Dodge Ram. Will be looking at replacing in the next 6 to 12 months.
