I brought my Buick for general service the day first, every thing was ok, but when I went home I saw that they did not check anything, I came back, and my car was there for 4 days. They told me, some par every thing was ok, but when I went home I saw that they did not check anything, I came back, and my car was there for 4 days. They told me, some parts should be changed and they charged me for those parts. Honestly, I do not know that they changed those parts or nor, also, I do not know that the only problem was those part or not? They have some unprofessional technician which are not responsible for their work because they are NEW. I am not happy with this dealership at all an I wont recommend it because friend of mine also had the same problems. I wont buy any Amricans car any more. More

Originally I went to inquire about upgrading my 2012 Terrain to a 2014. While I was there I was asked if I had seen the new Buick Encore. After checking out the Buick I was quite interested, there for Terrain to a 2014. While I was there I was asked if I had seen the new Buick Encore.
