Dear Dan, Thanks for the reply, I think one major problem is you may do not have enough professional technician, the day that I brought my car, there was a guy that it was clear he does not know enough about cars. It is better to set more restrict regulation for hiring technician. They are dealing with peoples life, with cars not TV or computers. I was unhappy, I wanted to sell my car in your dealership that day to get rid of it, but the offered price was not acceptable, which is logical, the dealership wants to earn money, but the minute that weather become better, I will sell it asap.
