Our sales person, Everett, came out to the parking area to greet and introduce himself to us. He proceeded to show us the various Encores we were interested in and then explained the differences between them. From the moment we decided to purchase a vehicle the process was completed quickly. We met with the sales manager Justin who completed the deal to our satisfaction. From there we met with Jessica in the finance department who was really pleasant and completed the business aspect quickly. Overall our experience was very good--everyone was exceptionally friendly and professional. We've dealt with Capital GM for over twenty-five years and will continue to be loyal customers due mainly to their exceptional customer service. I rate them a 5 out of 5! More

The bad: I purchace a 2014 GMC Denali and the PDI was unsaticactory as there was a little overspray from the spray in bed liner, is was missing some of the accessories but they were supplied at a later date,greasy finger prints on the head liner,and driverside grab handle, which was also loose, had to return to top up the tires with nitrogen as they where low, it only had a quarter tank of fuel in it, and almose 50 Kilometers on the odometer. More

Bought Two Cars Bought two cars and for the most part a very positive experience. When we were told the price of a car was the price, even with no trade in we though Bought two cars and for the most part a very positive experience. When we were told the price of a car was the price, even with no trade in we thought we could take that to the bank, so to speak. When we went to do the deal the price had changed because we hadn't brought in a clunker for trade. My objection was to being told one thing and the sales person not backing backing it up. His statement wasn't the only misleading one. So, prior to this I would recommend this dealership. If I did again I would tell them to be cautious and pay attention to how things are said and get things in writing before going in to make the deal. In all fairness I think I got a good price but now I'm quite skeptical. More
