Great Service From Start To Finish We had multiple bad experiences at other dealers trying to find my son a car, like selling a cheap car wasn't worth the their time. Mario gave us a 5 star experience, sent me pictures of a cool little car that my son fell in love with when we got to the dealership and we never felt pressured to purchase the vehicle. Once we decided it was the right one the paperwork was handled very professionally and efficiently. My son loves his car and the service we received was the complete opposite of what we experienced at other stores. We will definitely be back to see Mario More

When I left him a message he responded quickly and found just what i was looking for and Josh was able to get it to a price that i was happy with. Was pretty good to start, but then Buying a minivan during the "biggest auto sale" started well enough. Friendly staff, opportunity to test drive with and without the sale person. Seemed like they wanted to help us buy the van, willing to move price down a little, though not as much as I asked. But it seems that once we paid the money we became a secondary consideration. The ball was dropped several times in our opinion, some infractions more frustrating than others: We bought the vehicle on Saturday, May 3rd. We were told that it would be GM certified and ready to go for Tuesday the 6th as Monday would be super busy and Sunday they were closed. Ok. When we picked up the van on the Tuesday we found out at SGI when trying to register for insurance that the safety inspection had not been done yet. Salesperson very apologetic and came to explain in person. After leaving we wondered why he didn't ask for the vehicle key. We called Piyosh and he apologized again and came to pick up my key. We found out the next day that my key that he took wasn't programed yet so he came to get my wife's key. We finally received the vehicle with one working key Friday the 9th, the day before I left out of town for a week. He promised to set up an appointment to get other key coded and get back to us "right away." The floor mats in the vehicle were in the incorrect location - not a huge deal but we thought that attention to detail was missing. We wondered if that detail would have been missed before they got our money.... When I returned home to find that my key was still not reprogrammed I attempted to contact the dealership and its service department several times and definitely got some runaround. The key was finally reprogrammed after my wife took it into Dodge to get it done. They knew nothing about the "appointment" that was set up but we had a PO number so were not charged. All in all, it took over two weeks part the promise date (and payment) in order to get our vehicle to the state that it should have started in. Needless to say, this left a bad taste in our mouth about future dealings with this dealership. More
