The first day I visited Pontiac I was very pleased with the service. The salesman wrote down everything I wanted in a vehicle (my wants and needs) and talked about the options I had within my price range. the service. I never had to wait for a vehicle, it was there to be test driven within minutes. I was impressed with the customer service and the salesmen not being "pushy". I finally decided to buy a vehicle, we went over price and the reviews of the vehicle I was buying. I ended up buying a 2013 instead of a newer 2014 (which I orginally went in for), they mentionned it was never owned by anyone else which seemed hard to believe since it had 17,000kms on it however they insisted it was from test drives. Once I took it home I noticed a hole in the back seat which was patched and there was also quite a few scratches on the vehicle. This is partially my fault for not taking a better look at the inside and outside of vehicle however when I was told it was not owned by anyone else I believed it. I was also disappointed when I sat down with financing. The day I looked at the vehicle I was told how good the warranty (best offered by any company) however not a lot of details. Once sitting down with financing they mentionned there was 3 years warranty on the vehicle however a year was already used so only two years left and if I wanted more warranty my bi-weekly payment would go up. I believe this should have been mentionned the day before while I was looking at the vehicle instead of when I was sitting down to buy the vehicle. With added warranty the price went up to the amount a brand new vehicle would have been with even longer warranty. I did not get the added warranty since the main reason I bought the vehicle was for the lower payment than the brand new vehicle. Overall I enjoyed the service from Pontiac while I was looking for a vehicle however once I bought I was fairly disappointed with certain details that were "left out" until I was sitting down with finance. I found with the people I was dealing with were very easy to talk to and was not pressured in anyway as to my choice of truck I was looking for. I went into this dealership expecting a typical experience, but that's not what I got. Aaron met me soon after I came in and first of all I was extremely impressed with his over all manner. He was clean cut, very charming and displayed an impressive amount of knowledge. I wasn't really even sure what I was looking for, but after he and I sat down at his desk it only took him about a minute to figure out what I needed. From there we went on a test drive and he put my mind at ease as he calmly guided me through the features of the vehicle. Then the time came to discuss numbers, which is usually the worst part, but Mona and Dennis were really nice and helped me through it. I was so pleased. I suppose the one complaint I might have would be the extra admin fees...didn't expect that... Aaron really did a great job though, and I certainly can't fault him for the fees. Overall I would say that this is an awesome place to shop for vehicles. I expect great things from Aaron! I'll definitely be recommending him to family and friends! More

Everyone involved went the extra mile to get it together, we came to the dealership to trade in our 2012 terraine and upgrade at 11 am and was walking out the door moving our personal belongings into the new car at 630 that night. My wife had a remote start installed in the car a week later, once home with it we went to manufacturers site to use the software for our smart phones and have to input the modules serial number to make it active, she asked the service department 2 times to get it from the unit and didn't do it. Service said, we didn't need it for warranty, being in the electronic RMA industry, you do need it, especially for linking the security of the remote system. Hope to get this resolved soon. We had been thinking about upgrading from our current family car and although we knew this was going to be a big decision, we also knew that we needed to be cautious about the type, price and overall dep family car and although we knew this was going to be a big decision, we also knew that we needed to be cautious about the type, price and overall dependability of the vehicle when considering to make this purchase. Our Sales Specialist,Everett Agopsowicz was truly fantastic. He made us feel comfortable, and addressed all of our questions and concerns with ease. He listened to what we needed and what we wanted. He was able to meet, and exceed our needs. He is personable, and his knowledge, kindness and honesty is what really helped us along this journey. We are very pleased with the service he provided, he was more than just our "Sales Guy", he made us feel like we were his friends. After the papers were signed, and the keys were handed over, we left knowing that we made the best decision for us and for our family. We are extremely excited to be the proud new owners of our 2013 Chevy Malibu. I brought my Buick for general service the day first, every thing was ok, but when I went home I saw that they did not check anything, I came back, and my car was there for 4 days. They told me, some parts should be changed and they charged me for those parts. Honestly, I do not know that they changed those parts or nor, also, I do not know that the only problem was those part or not? They have some unprofessional technician which are not responsible for their work because they are NEW. I am not happy with this dealership at all an I wont recommend it because friend of mine also had the same problems. I wont buy any Amricans car any more. More
