We have been in the market for a new truck for several months and although we didn't plan on purchasing until Jan 2015, there was a customized truck at Capital GMC that sparked our interest. We made and offer and although there was some miscommunication (around the price) before we sealed the deal, Justin and Matt went above and beyond to make sure we left as happy new truck owners. Poor Taylor and Jonah! I was sure I was making them CRAZY! I was adamant that I wanted the Santa Fe and I wouldn't look at anything else. Taylor slogged through the snow and weather finding me just th CRAZY! I was adamant that I wanted the Santa Fe and I wouldn't look at anything else. Taylor slogged through the snow and weather finding me just the right model in December. Jonah worked getting me approved for my first 'dealership purchase'. Well, I drove home the Santa Fe and I was happy..or so I thought. I didn't take the gas consumption rating into consideration when I purchased the Santa Fe and I realized that I didn't let them know how much I actually drive in a day (over 100km/day). I was back mid-February complaining about the gas mileage and how I just couldn't afford to keep running the vehicle. Taylor was SO nice - he treated me like a very cherished client. He found the most beautiful Malibu - two years newer - less miles - better gas mileage - smart looking car and Jonah worked so hard to make the payments the same with even a better interest rate!!!. I took the Malibu for a 24-hour test and was hooked! I didn't even LOOK at another vehicle because when I described what I needed they matched me perfectly! I'm so happy with Taylor's service standards and positivity - I went in feeling so foolish and came out feeling totally accomplished and smart! Thank you, Taylor and Jonah!
