We had been thinking about upgrading from our current family car and although we knew this was going to be a big decision, we also knew that we needed to be cautious about the type, price and overall dep family car and although we knew this was going to be a big decision, we also knew that we needed to be cautious about the type, price and overall dependability of the vehicle when considering to make this purchase. Our Sales Specialist,Everett Agopsowicz was truly fantastic. He made us feel comfortable, and addressed all of our questions and concerns with ease. He listened to what we needed and what we wanted. He was able to meet, and exceed our needs. He is personable, and his knowledge, kindness and honesty is what really helped us along this journey. We are very pleased with the service he provided, he was more than just our "Sales Guy", he made us feel like we were his friends. After the papers were signed, and the keys were handed over, we left knowing that we made the best decision for us and for our family. We are extremely excited to be the proud new owners of our 2013 Chevy Malibu. I brought my Buick for general service the day first, every thing was ok, but when I went home I saw that they did not check anything, I came back, and my car was there for 4 days. They told me, some par every thing was ok, but when I went home I saw that they did not check anything, I came back, and my car was there for 4 days. They told me, some parts should be changed and they charged me for those parts. Honestly, I do not know that they changed those parts or nor, also, I do not know that the only problem was those part or not? They have some unprofessional technician which are not responsible for their work because they are NEW. I am not happy with this dealership at all an I wont recommend it because friend of mine also had the same problems. I wont buy any Amricans car any more. More

Overall a pretty good experience it was crowded and busy at times but that's what is expected at such a large dealership as this one.
