Customer Service does not exist. Took my vehicle in for service in January before leaving on vacation. My son picked it up 2 weeks later. Unknown if anything was done and to make matters worse the radio antannae was broken off. Spoke with a lady in service a few weeks later asking about vehicle, have not heard from her since. I have sent 4 emails to service and one to the service manager asking about my vehicle. No reply to date from anyone. Am I a less than pleased, hahaha yes you could say that. I guess this is the last resort. I do not remember who I have delt with, that was 8 months ago. At this point I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

First Time GMC Buyer I have always been a F**d man but just did not like the way they were going. He went and got my truck within a couple days while I was out of town and had it ready for delivery when I got back. Trevor, in the financing department, was also very helpful and make mindful of my financial requirements. He explained things clearly and quickly had a manageable payment plan worked out. Both of these guys should be in management as their customer service is top notch. And I'm sure others could learn from them. More
