Made the impossible, possible! I had a very particular vehicle picked out. It had to be a truck with crew cab and had to have 6'6' box. On top of that I wanted the tow package and s I had a very particular vehicle picked out. It had to be a truck with crew cab and had to have 6'6' box. On top of that I wanted the tow package and slide out tow mirrors. Well when I brought this up to Terry he didnt tell me it was impossible, but knew he had a big challenge in front of him ! Oh I also wanted the 6.2 L engine, which GM was 6 months behind on building due to demand. Well after about 3-4 weeks I was losing hope,there wasnt one to be found. Then I got a call from Terry, and he found the perfect truck for me and my buisness ! While Im sure most sales people would have given up, Terry grinded it out and found me a gem of a truck! Thanks Terry for all your hard wotrk ! More

Not happy I recently purchased a truck from capital gmc. Before I did any paper work on the truck I was told the truck would be getting fender flairs painted to I recently purchased a truck from capital gmc. Before I did any paper work on the truck I was told the truck would be getting fender flairs painted to match. It took a month for capital to get them on my truck and they are black.(Not painted) and make the truck look dumb. Front break lines are all hanging loose and is not safe to drive. (They don't have time to fix) I spent a lot more $ then I was wanting to on this truck because it has extras.(lift,tires,rims...) and now capital is to busy to fix the things that should not have passed there 150 point inspection. I will NEVER go back . More

When he was having trouble finding the color I wanted with all the other criteria he did not give up ( like other dealerships) but rather offered me another color. When he contacted me with the alternative I would not have even considered looking at it if it were not for the way he made me feel comfortable with him previous. I am glad now he offered the alternative as I am just as happy if not happier. Great Job Ron! Jona made the final paperwork / financing very easy. With Ron's and Jona's good sense of humor it was a great experience. Kieth in accesory made my decision very easy not to shop else where for a tonneau cover. His honesty in recommending a product made the $1200 decision very easy as well. More

Told us to take a hike This dealership needs to do away with outdated used car lot sales tactics. We found a car to buy, and confirmed the final out-the-door price with the This dealership needs to do away with outdated used car lot sales tactics. We found a car to buy, and confirmed the final out-the-door price with the sales person, we specifically asked if there were any other fees and were told NO. When we went in with our trade-in to finalize the purchase we were given a final figure which was about $1200 over the agreed upon amount. The additional amount consisted of tire and theft insurance which we had not been told about or asked if we wanted, plus their “admin” fee which was quite high and had not been previously disclosed (plus tax on these items). They removed the insurance fee, but would not budge on removing or reducing the higher admin fee. We reminded them (they took it as a threat) that we had been asked to write a review on this site; we said we would be leaving a negative review and very shortly thereafter they told us they weren't going to do business with us. One salesperson we worked with, Andrew, was very helpful and knowledgeable, but he wasn’t around for the numbers discussions so we don’t know if he would have handled it any differently – our issues are more with the finance department and overall sales tactics of the dealership – they did not address our concerns well, made us feel like we were being jerks, and kept us waiting around for an excessive amount of time. Buying a used car should not be a tricky game that makes you feel abused. More
