Sarath met us at the door of capital, invited us in making us feel very welcome at the lot., this was not the feeling we got at some of the other lots. I had a bit of an idea what I wanted when we came in to Capital, Sarath showed us 3 vehicles to start and offered to show us more if those weren't what we wanted. Once we found what we were looking for, we were whisked away to hands down the most organized fiance professional we have ever dealt with at any lot. Kevin quickly gather our info and sent it off to the necessary places. My hope was I might be in a new to us vehicle by early next week as has always been my experience with other lots hat it takes a number of days to get things sorted out not two total and we have the new Suv at home. 5 star service for sure!!! More
