There was discrepancies on the inspection saying the vehicle passed and meanwhile a week later I had to take care of over $1000.00 of repairs. Plus they flat out lied to me on three occasions. Vowed I was done with dealerships.... Till January 2015, I wanted another truck with a smaller engine, lower interest rates. Drove by Capital Ford in Winnipeg when I saw a friend from inside the dealership, went in and he said he just started there not to long ago. Explained my situation, and my friend, "Tony Day" along with Jeff McDonnell, Shane, got me into an 2015 F150 XTR and 10.91% less then my first truck! Very helpful and friendly staff with excellent interpersonal skills unlike other dealerships I unfortunately delt with. Many calls chatting about this process made me decide to hop in my truck New Year's Eve day and hit the road for a 4 hr drive to go see this sparkling beauty with my own two eyes.... 2016 Lincoln MKX Purchase Excellent Experience This is our second Lincoln purchased from Capital Ford Lincoln, the first one was at the Regina location and this one in Winnipeg. Both have been gre This is our second Lincoln purchased from Capital Ford Lincoln, the first one was at the Regina location and this one in Winnipeg. Both have been great experiences and we have recommended/referred this dealership to all of our family and friends. We worked with Eric Reece for over a year while waiting for the new 2016 Lincoln MKX to be released. Eric was always available to answer any questions via Email and phone prior to our order in Sept 2015. We live 700kms from Winnipeg and do not have a Lincoln dealership in our community. Prior to our order, when we happened to be in Winnipeg and stopped by the dealership Eric always made himself available to discuss any questions we had. Eric made sure that we were comfortable with our colour choice prior to ordering which ensured our complete happiness with our purchase. His knowledge of the product helped us in making the correct option choices that led to our purchase and resulting satisfaction with the vehicle. The massage seats are the best! The entire staff Eric, Shaun Booth and Cathy Brown were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were always very comfortable when we were at the dealership. We took possession on Jan 19, 2016 and having had the vehicle for only a few days we are thourghly enjoying our new vehicle. A couple of minor things that we noticed that could be improved upon are, taking delivery in Jan and having to do a vehicle orientation out doors wasn't the best at -20 C., There is a significant amount of technology in the new MKX to go over. Perhaps in the future there will be space enough at the dealership for an indoor area to complete orientations during inclimate weather. The lot at the dealership is at times contested with only limited areas for parking. More

My mom works with a fellow who had purchased several vehicles from Capital from when it was Landau Lincoln till now so she asked for the salesman's name, which is Roger Van Ryssel. We went to see Roger, the vehicle was ready for my test drive, my dad and I took it for a drive (alone, which was nice as it's always easier to discuss without anyone from the dealership with you!), came back and discussed the truck thoroughly with Roger. I felt completely at ease, there was absolutely no pressure, all the features of the truck were explained to me, any nervousness I had disappeared. The finance people were great as well, although I had arranged my own financing prior to looking at the vehicle. Roger's called me since I bought the truck to see how I like it, if it's all good, etc., and I appreciate that. I will definitely look no further than Capital Ford Lincoln to find Roger when and if I need a new vehicle. I trust Roger and his co-workers, and would recommend anyone looking for a great deal and an HONEST deal, to go see Roger. More
