Jacqi was so helpful in getting all documents in place, it was a trade in so there was lot of paper work involved but everything felt so easy. Even after we left, the customer service continued as they want to make sure we are enjoying the new vehicle. We would definitely recommend this Ford team, and the best part they never tried to sell us or push us into something they wanted to get rid of which I have experienced in my past purchases at other places.
