Recently purchased a 2026 Ford Bronco from Capital Lincoln Ford and its been a great experience. Ed and Maria are knowledgable and gave me several options to meet my needs especially my budget with ze Lincoln Ford and its been a great experience. Ed and Maria are knowledgable and gave me several options to meet my needs especially my budget with zero pressure. They gave me opportunity to test drive the vehicle to get a feel of it and see if its the right fit. David, their finance manager was very straight forward and transparent to make sure that I understood the pricing schemes and ensure no hidden fees and surprises. Called to get truck serviced, they were able to figure out the fleet card to pay it, but kept forgetting to add my name to the appointment so whenever I had to call I yet again had to remind them of the V out the fleet card to pay it, but kept forgetting to add my name to the appointment so whenever I had to call I yet again had to remind them of the VIN. Then when I went to drop the truck off, (beware the parking lot is one speeding tech away from t boning you) couldn’t find parking due to everything being taken up by new vehicles sitting on the lot, so I parked across the street with the rest of their overflow parking. Upon getting to the service desk and about a 5 minute wait someone then noticed me , I was then informed that it was a drive thru I had to bring my vehicle up to, even tho their is no signage marking “Express” or “Service Desk” or “Customer Drop-Off”, only “Service”. After leaving the service area I then went back across the street, pulled into their lot, performed a 3 point turn while avoiding techs and sales people wizzing by, I finally was able to drop the keys off were I was then asked for my phone number and name again to put on the file (which never really made it to my file, this I know because I came in after I picked it up to get a part and yet again had to list my VIN). Figuring that an oil change and coolant flush wouldn’t take too long I then inquired about the wait, I was then informed that I wasn’t booked as a “waiter” but instead as a drop off, in which I was to return around 4ish hours later for just an oil change and a coolant flush. Who in their right mind wouldn’t just wait around for an oil change or a coolant flush? Why didn’t anyone ask if I was waiting or needed a ride when I made the appointment ? Why did I need to book an appointment for an oil change if it’s not even going to be done on time? After being informed of this delay which then screwed my prep day meant for my 9 day work trip in Ontario. I then had a ride back with the porter and listened to him answer a robo call which was hilarious. After spending some time at home waiting, wasting my day doing online training I then called the dealership around the 4 hour mark and was told somehow my oil filter housing was broken now and they were in the middle of replacing it. Which is totally normal and must have just happened to a 4 year old truck that’s been on a maintenance program its whole life. I then received a call around a hour later to pick it up. Proceeded to then pick it up with no issues other than the fact I noticed I had a weird smell going on since I picked the truck up. I then investigated and pulled my air filter only to reveal it was moldy, which was really weird cause I swore I got handed a service sheet that included checking the cabin air filter on the inspection? Come on that has to be the easiest upsell ever and nobody bothered to even check. So I then went back to the dealership, gave the guy my vin again since nobody had taken anything down, removed the air filter and installed a new one. Overall, not the best. Pretty sure they washed it after which was alright. It’s on me for not taking action and going anywhere else when I was informed an oil change would take 4-5 hours when I arrived. However beware that you may want to check your own filters after. More

Dealt with Simran when I was looking for a new vehicle, first time purchasing new - he was helpful over the phone and in texting with him, answered all my questions, and it never felt like I was being forc first time purchasing new - he was helpful over the phone and in texting with him, answered all my questions, and it never felt like I was being forced into things or rushed through. He got me a great deal, was fair and forthcoming with explaining charges, and was very friendly. Had an easy time dealing with the finance part too, Justine was great and made the process painless. When picking up, the general manager even gave me a snow broom from the back to make sure I didn't scratch the car! I went to another Ford dealership before this and had an awful experience with the sales staff and the sales manager, so this was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Capital Ford! More
