They got my money so why help me after the fact. The salesperson was very good with explaining what made the Ford Focus amazing. But when it came to finalizing the sale there was no room for negotiat The salesperson was very good with explaining what made the Ford Focus amazing. But when it came to finalizing the sale there was no room for negotiating the price. My salesperson had to leave the room to ask his manager about all the pricing options and how much command start was going to cost. He spent very little time with me when I was signing the papers. What really got me though was the Administrative person who finalizing my price. He first declared that the car was going to break down and cost me and extra $4,000 if I failed to get the extra warranty which would cost me an extra $3,400. When I repeated his comments back to him he strongly declared that "that is not what I am saying." He was very upset because I refused to buy the extra warranty. He demanded to know how much I drove my last car and worked the numbers out that my new Ford Focus was going to breakdown within five years and it will cost me $4,000 to replace all the parts. He also mentioned that when I bring in my car for oil changes that the parts people will just replace anything that is broken and charge me for parts, if I don't get this extra warranty. When I confirmed that the parts people will just add to my bill without my consent, my Admin. person declared once again, "that is not what I am saying." When I started to bring up that my last car only cost my a few hundred dollars to replace the battery, he declared the sale to be over and through down the papers for me to sign. As I was reading them over he demanded that I signed where he marked the papers. Before I mentioned that the bill for the car was different then I agreed with my salesperson, he strongly declared that I agreed to that price. I mentioned that the different was only a dollar, which we replied "It's actually 99 cents." in the tone of a teenage girl telling you off. I signed the papers and left feeling like a bought a lemon for 5 times that amount it was worth. I personally give the Admin. person a 1 out of 10 stars. On the bright side the salesperson dropped my new car off at my place. I love my new car but I felted cheated and disrespected. Just to be clear the Admin person made me feel this way not the salesperson. Update - over two weeks later and no one called, Ford lost 3 stars in my over all review because of lack of customer service. Update #2 - Ford contacted me and we came to an agreement. Gave the three stars back. Update #3 - My six month appointment was scheduled to happen back in February (it now March)but no one bothered to phone me to confirm, even though in Ford's letter telling me about my appointment stated they would phone me closer to the appointment to confirm the date and time. This is reminding me of when I was trying to get my summer tires changed over to winter tires and that took two weeks to work out. Ford where is your great customer service you claim to have? I'm taking back those three stars. More

Fantastic dealership! It was refreshing to deal with a "no pressure" dealership. They had many vehicles and price ranges for us to consider. There were no "hidden numbers" and no adjustment of trade whether we bought new or used. Very straightforward on all bottom lines and options for financing. It was a nice change from the usual dealership mentality of pushing buyers to new vehicles only or diminishing your trade when you buy used. More
