We went to the Dealership to get a replacement part from the Parts Dept. and stopped to look at the newest showroom model of the car I'd bought there 2 years ago, but which had AWD which I'd wanted last tim the Parts Dept. and stopped to look at the newest showroom model of the car I'd bought there 2 years ago, but which had AWD which I'd wanted last time. Blayne saw us and stopped to chat, and recommended a used car replacement which they had available. He was busy and we had to return next day anyway to collect our part, so we were happy to go back for a test drive. The model we tried was lovely but a bit too pricey,but they worked hard to find a way to make it work. When we then found out that we would not be able to tow that model with our RV, they were happy to look for an alternative that would suit our purpose, with a small compromise on our part (loss of reversing sensor) but still with the AWD we wanted. At no point did we feel pressured to buy something we did not want and if we could not have reached an acceptable price, we would have felt able to walk away with just the spare part we originally went for. As it was, we returned the spare part and walked away with a 'new' car! More

My wife and I were looking for a used car for her as her old one was near death. We were greeted fairly promptly. After we asked for assistance they sent Nick up very promptly and he brought us into his office to talk to us about what we wanted and needed. Nick was very good at pointing out things that we had overlooked and helping us figure out exactly what our price range was based on our desired monthly payment. He also was kind enough to give us all the time we needed to decide. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into the sale at all. We ended up selecting a very nice 2009 Ford Focus that we are very happy with. Thank you!! More

This dealership handled everything to do with our sale with professionalism. When we have went into many dealerships prior to finding Capital there was always the pressure of take this vehicle lets get st with professionalism. Jonathan was a great salesman as well... He was honest and kept us informed as to all the steps that we were going through to buy a vehicle... Not too many dealers will take the time to intorduce the sales manager, and at Capital we got just that...
