I initially got a phone call from Brittany about a credit application that I had done online. She was pleasant and polite, and answered any additional questions I had, and got me set up with a salesman that application that I had done online. I met with Joe in the afternoon, and was immediately impressed by his knowledge of the car that I was most interested in, the Ford Escape. He picked the car that was most suited to what I really wanted. He worked with Adrien, the sales manager, to firm down a price that would work for both of us. When that was agreed upon, I had a very smooth transaction with Marty Kaytor. He explained everything throughly, and was very knowledgeable with all of the financial options that were availiable to me. I unfortunately had buyers remorse a few hours later, and decided to phone Joe to see what my options were. He said to come in the next day to discuss. I brought my husband in, and Joe was more than helpful and understanding with my situation. When I walked in the door that morning, I was pretty set on returning the car. What ended up happening was that I got an escape with 20,000 less km, and traded in my current car for a reasonable trade. Adrien and Joe worked very hard to get my husband and I a great deal. We didn't feel pressured at all, we felt that they wanted to make us happy, whatever the outcome, new car or not. We left happy, and will definitley be spreading the word around to come to Capital Ford to get great service and great prices! More

I originally investigated the F150 FX4 online and believed that to be the truck I wanted to purchase. Harry was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the F150's features! He made the new truck purchase experience a painless one. Due to preferred features and budgetary concerns, which Adrien helped me work through, I ultimately ended up purchasing the XTR. It is a great truck that I look forward to owning for the next few years! I would highly recommend Harry, Adrien and their team to anyone thinking about buying a new Ford. More

Bought an FX4 from Matthew and Blayne. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted as I was quite particular on the options. Matthew took me through the vehicle and explained everything. I went into this dealer with specific criteria. Joe found me vehicles that met my criteria. He was very honest on what the cost was.
