Fortunately we use a digitally based system for all our detailing so I will be able to fix any issues we have with communicating to our folks but i'm most interested in making sure we make things right for you. Thanks Matthew, What I mean by our digital system is that we book all our vehicles to be cleaned through an online booking portal, kinda of like when you buy flights from WestJet. The only reason I mention it is because it sounds like the reason you're most upset is that you found an empty pack of gum. I have spoke to a few folks here but want to discuss with a few more and ask better questions. I'd like to get a better handle on if we possibly expedited the process of getting it through the auto spa because we delivered the vehicle out to Moose Jaw for you, which we normally don't do. They maintain that they cleaned it thoroughly but if they were a bit rushed it may explain it. Other then the empty package of gum was the vehicle properly cleaned that you could tell? They may have simply skipped over the map pocket. Is there anything else that's troubling you with the vehicle or the purchase? In my experience there's usually an underlying factor that makes things like this come to the surface. If it's just the way the vehicle was cleaned and the touch up paint that's OK too but I'd hate to see you upset about something deeper that we may also be able to resolve for the future. Yea it definitely seemed rushed because I was told they were going to shampoo the seats and if you look at the seats it does not look shampooed at all. The paint chip on the back is unappealing too. I was just disappointed at how things kinda went down. I know you don't normally deliver vehicles but at the same time your slogan is all about Moose Jaw, Regina and surrounding areas. Also the SIRIUS Satellite radio feature does not work either. It says "Satellite Radio Fault". I just figured when you sell a vehicle to a customer you want the vehicle in great shape when the customer takes it over.
