Although I do not live in Regina, this is the second new truck I have purchased from Capital Ford in the past two years and Micheal and Adrien are the main reason for that. This purchase was a pre-order which was a very painless process and resulted in getting the exact vehicle I wanted. Adrien lead me through the ordering process and actually did all of the work for me, and once the vehicle arrived Micheal took us through the orientation process making sure we understood how everything worked which is a very good idea for anyone purchasing a new vehicle these days especially with all of the electronics the new vehicles are equipped with. It was very obvious that Micheal really knows these vehicles inside and out and could answer any questions we had. Micheal also was a great help after the purchase was complete, helping me find accessories which I required and were not part of the original purchase. It was a really great experience, very stress free which is not what I have been used to with other vehicle purchases from other dealerships in the past. We also purchased an extended warranty along with pre-paid maintenance to 150,000 km and Dave Miller looked after that explaining the different options available for warranty coverage and all of the benefits related to it. All in all, this was a very good experience and I would not consider going anywhere else for future vehicle purchases. We went to the dealership to look at two cars specifically that we had found online (Camaro and Mustang). After walking back and forth looking at both cars on the lot for at least ten minutes (in specifically that we had found online (Camaro and Mustang). After walking back and forth looking at both cars on the lot for at least ten minutes (in the row closest to the showroom) we found that the Camaro had been left unlocked. No one had come outside to help us yet so I opened the door, popped the hood and trunk and checked everything out as best I could. Even after sitting in the car and looking over it for at least five minutes, no one came out to help us. After that I decided to go and look at the Mustang that was parked on the sidewalk just outside of the main windows of the showroom right beside the door. There were three salesmen standing on the other side of the window talking to each other not paying any attention to what was going on outside. I looked at the Mustang for a few minutes and after no one came out to even say "hi" we decided to go to another dealership. It was a quiet Monday evening, the sun was shining and they thought it was to much trouble for one of them to walk twenty feet to the door, step outside and say "hello". More

I found myself needing a new vehicle in a hurry as the transmission in my old SUV needed replacing and I didn't have the funds to fix it. When I visited Bennett, they tried selling me into a car I didn't want that was outside of my price range and were very pushy. Irv didn't seem pushy at all, and went above and beyond by washing the vehicle himself and taking time to show me all the features in the car after it was purchased. He was great and I will be recommending him to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I went in to look at used trucks. I left with a brand new truck that was the same payments I had planned for the used one.
