Initially they did not bring my truck I wanted in for my appointment (Brent Shroader didn't) so I had a lot of waiting around when I first came in. This is why the rating in some areas is lower. I gave this rating because the sales staff were not pushy and did not try to "sell" me a vehicle, rather they truly listened to my specific requests and found more than one great option to suit my needs. It was refreshing to deal with people who truly want to help and understand that it is a large purchase and it needs to be right. The ford employee pricing was already a great deal. Yet it was clear they went the extra mile to make sure all my concerns were addressed based on how I was going to use this vehicle.
