Although I do not live in Regina, this is the second new truck I have purchased from Capital Ford in the past two years and Micheal and Adrien are the main reason for that. This purchase was a pre-order wh truck I have purchased from Capital Ford in the past two years and Micheal and Adrien are the main reason for that. This purchase was a pre-order which was a very painless process and resulted in getting the exact vehicle I wanted. Adrien lead me through the ordering process and actually did all of the work for me, and once the vehicle arrived Micheal took us through the orientation process making sure we understood how everything worked which is a very good idea for anyone purchasing a new vehicle these days especially with all of the electronics the new vehicles are equipped with. It was very obvious that Micheal really knows these vehicles inside and out and could answer any questions we had. Micheal also was a great help after the purchase was complete, helping me find accessories which I required and were not part of the original purchase. It was a really great experience, very stress free which is not what I have been used to with other vehicle purchases from other dealerships in the past. We also purchased an extended warranty along with pre-paid maintenance to 150,000 km and Dave Miller looked after that explaining the different options available for warranty coverage and all of the benefits related to it. All in all, this was a very good experience and I would not consider going anywhere else for future vehicle purchases.
