I had a particular vehicle in mind when I contacted the dealership online. The first person I conversed with was Randi Davis. She was very courteous and friendly. After pre-approval for financing by Martin Kaytor I was then introduced to Mike Miller who was very unlike the stereotyped car salesman. He was very professional and knowledgeable and the whole process of dealing on a vehicle was without pressure or sales pitch mumbo-jumbo. The whole process took less than three hours from the time I walked into the dealership to the time I drove away in my purchased vehicle. I had recently brought my car in to get a chip repaired in my window. The next day however, a crack appeared where the chip was fixed, which made me a bit concerned and feeling like I basically paid for th in my window. Dustin Skoglund from the service center showed great care in my issue and offered to assist me with my insurance claim for a new window as well as explaining to me that it does sometimes happen when windows get fixed. He gave me a few different options to choose from and I left there much happier than I came. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! They always treat me great. More
