Scott is a deadly salesman- really good for test drives and respected that pace at which I made my decision. Things got sketchy after I made my decision, when Blayne apparently made mistakes that resul and respected that pace at which I made my decision. Things got sketchy after I made my decision, when Blayne apparently made mistakes that resulted in a higher price AFTER I had agreed to buy the truck. The finance guy also came back with a high interest rate than originally agreed upon. Accidents happen, but this seriously fit the bill for a dodgy move by a greasy car salesman... I am a pretty forgiving guy, but a simple shrug of the shoulders with a quick apology came off as inadequate. Two days after purchasing the truck I noticed that the driver side door was rattling so I booked it in for service but they failed to resolve the problem. I will rebook and give them a second chance to make my brand new truck feel like a brand new truck, but the whole thing is further souring what started off as a really good experience. More
Truck broke down day before . Looked on their internet site. Found the Ford Ranger. Went in Front Desk Gal Instantly got me in contact with Les. Les gave me over to Dave. Signed all the papers ,great warr site. Found the Ford Ranger. Went in Front Desk Gal Instantly got me in contact with Les. Les gave me over to Dave. Signed all the papers ,great warranty. Les drove me in the Ranger filled it up with gas, then off to the insurance company. Got plates, then I drove Les back to Capital just a cross the street. Shook hands and I was driving off in my new set of wheels. Great all around experience. More
We found the service to be consistently great and very professional. Both Rob and Ryan have taken the effort to keep us up-to-date on what was going on with the vehicle and did everything they could to he professional. After driving it for 6+ months and noticing all the extra options and comforts, I decided to trade in my 2012 Honda Ridgeline for an F150. I chose Capital Ford, both times for the personal attention that was given. I am a very fussy customer and can be difficult at times, and both times my expectatations were met or exceeded. More

However, I was told my vehicle had two features that I soon discovered it did not have. I was trying to decide between two different vehicles - one had cloth seats and the other had leather. The one with cloth seats was $2000. less than the leather. I decided on the one with the leather seats because I was told it had heated plus cooling seats. Plus the steering wheel was supposed to be heated. I discovered a few days later while trying to figure everything out with my new car that it had neither cooling seats nor a heated steering wheel.
