We had a great experience with Capital Ford, Jon & Adrien. On our first visit, we said we were just starting our search and trying to find out what vehicle we needed for our family, and an idea of pr Adrien. Jon arranged some test drives for us, and we narrowed our search. Over the next week we visited the showroom and emailed our questions and one week after our first visit, made our purchase. At no point were we ever under any pressure to make a purchase, instead we were encouraged to think about our options, and make sure we were happy with our choices. We just took delivery of our shiny new F150 today, and are very happy with our vehicle and the service and attention we received. I met Les Ring in 2009 when I was looking for a new vehicle. At that time I purchased a 2010 Fusion which I was very pleased with. So when we decided to look for an SUV we again contacted Les to help vehicle. At that time I purchased a 2010 Fusion which I was very pleased with. We met with Martin Kaytor to finalize the purchase and he made the process pleasant and enjoyable. In fact all of the staff we encountered in our visits to Capital Ford were polite, friendly and ready to help. I had made several phone calls to Les during the time we were in our decision making process at home and was pleased with how polite and quick the receptionist was in connecting me with Les. Previously we had purchased a GMC truck and I found the whole process there insulting and more of a con game than respectful of buyers for a serious purchase. I am happy to say I have never felt or been treated that way at Capital Ford. More

I started my search for a new vehicle at Capital Ford Lincoln because of the great customer service I had already received from Darcy Prokopetz and the other service staff. I walked in on Thursday evening with a pretty vague description of what I was looking for (price, and must have air conditioning were pretty well the only two criteria I gave Brett Holloway!). By 2:00 pm Saturday I drove away with exactly what I was looking for. Brett was extremely personable and asked questions to find out what I really wanted. He focused his attention on me and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way: from introducing me to Blayne Morrow (the Sales Manager) ahead of time so I would know who he was when he entered to process, to confirming that I had received all the necessary information from the "finance guy" (I'm sorry, I forget his name). Brett and all of the staff I ran into at Capital Ford Lincoln were very friendly and I felt like I was dealing with family. Very impressed! Fantastic service! Jarrod Ursu answered all of our questions and concerns, even played devils advocate when we decided on the Escape without looking at any other vehicles. Then gave us a great deal without us having to ask for it. We went in to look around and walked out with a new Escape a couple of hours later. Martin Kaytor hadled the financing and got us a great rate through the bank we already deal with. And Jarrod hooked us up with Jonathan Phonexay for a 45 min tutorial on all the bells and whistles.We live out of town and Jonathan followed me home in the old vehicle so we wouldn't have to make a trip back for it. And even arranged for someone to come pick him up at our place. Capital Ford went above and beyond our service expectations! More

Dave was very good to deal with, would recommend him to friends. The 65 point check up did not catch the fact that the windshield washer hoses were disconnected.
