I was in a tight spot (had just written off my vehicle) and my credit wasn't as good as it could be. This guy was unstoppable, he was very attentive to what I wanted and was very helpful in every possible aspect of the transaction. If you have had trouble with sales people in the past and are skeptical, this is the man to come talk to. You won't find better. The best part is, he will still give you and unbeatable deal. More

Buying a Vehicle Not enough information given to client while waiting 5 hrs for vehicle. Val was not a problem. I bought a used Compass on Friday, September 5/14 but Not enough information given to client while waiting 5 hrs for vehicle. Val was not a problem. I bought a used Compass on Friday, September 5/14 but returned it on Tuesday, September 9/14. On Sept 5 I was there from 11:30 am and got to my appointment at 4:45 pm, 3/4 hr late (I live 1/2 hr from Regina). If I would have heard if I could purchase it or not, I would have come back the next day to finalize. It was not a pleasant experience as I had an appointment that I was late for, which Mike knew about. On Saturday, Sept 6, I called Mike and said I would be returning the vehicle and he said to bring it back on Tuesday, September 9. I said I would and that I would buy the Ford Escape. I was there at 2:30 pm and I finally got home at 7:00 pm. Another long day, sitting in the dealership and getting extremely frustrated by the customer (or non-customer) service. I am certainly not impressed by their loooong wait to acquire a vehicle. In all my years and all my car-buying experiences, this is, by far the worst. I will definitely be telling people (and already have) that DON'T GO TO CAPITAL FORD OR CAPITAL GMC if you want fast, good customer service when buying a vehicle. When I stated I wanted the Compass, which was at Capital GMC, they said they could get it to their place, which they did. After many excuses, I finally drove away in the Compass, but had a very bad taste regarding the sale. I probably should have gone to Capital GMC to purchase the Compass but I don't know if it would have been any different regarding the wait (from what I hear now). It was the same wait for the Ford Escape. I am enjoying the Ford Escape but did not enjoy the buying experience. And I do apologize for my language at Capital Ford at around 3:30 pm on Sept 9 but that is what frustration will do. I will never buy another vehicle from Capital Ford/ GMC. And this form is starting to get very frustrating as well. It is now a week that I have had my vehicle. I called to see if the second key was in as I couldn't put in the keyless entry as I didn't have a code. They said they had the key in stock and would make me an extra key. Why was this not done or mentioned when I bought the vehicle? On my way to work today, the low tire pressure light was on. This light had come on when I was test driving the vehicle but they said it was fixed. They fixed it again today (2 nails in 2 tires). I wasn't anywhere I know of that had nails but obviously it was a slow leak as it was parked from Saturday to this morning. The people in the garage part of the business were very nice to deal with. More

Really friendly and professional services! When we arrived at Capital Ford we had been looking at cars (other dealerships) for quite a while. I was tired and anxious for the day to be over. How When we arrived at Capital Ford we had been looking at cars (other dealerships) for quite a while. I was tired and anxious for the day to be over. However as soon as we met Eric (our sales person) his energy, and enthusiasm made me want to try another car. He explained that since they are not commission base there is no pressure. He showed the car we were interested in (Ford Focus Titanium). He took his time and answered all questions we had. We went for a test drive, he did not over step his place by talking or trying to sell the car too much. All in all it was a great experience and his manager Ryan was fantastic to deal with too. Jenny made us feel very comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable. More
