Not only did I get above black book value for my trade in, but Leif worked his magic to bring me in at a prime rate - at about a quarter of my previous rate. I had KU as my salesperson, who while new took my interests to heart, and manager Mike was there to help the entire way. I came in on a Friday after supper, and was in my 2014 Ford Explorer XLT by noon on Saturday. We're thrilled with Capitol Ford, and have found our new dealership for life! More

I was almost ready to give up a few times and Trevor kept reassuring me that he would help me find something that I would be proud to drive and that was in my budget. After a couple of visits with this man, I soon realized that his word meant something. He was very understanding and easy to talk to, I almost felt as though I had known him for years. He shared personal experiences and stories with me and talked about his family...he made me feel comfortable almost like I was out with a friend who happened to be able to get me in a new ride. LOL.
