Ford Edge I didn't give a full 5 star review because when I took my brand new vehicle in to have the pro package done, it was returned to me scratched and damag I didn't give a full 5 star review because when I took my brand new vehicle in to have the pro package done, it was returned to me scratched and damaged. I am assured this will be handled and taken care of but the inconvenience of having to deal with damage already is why I only gave a 4 star. My sales guy has been awesome throughout the whole experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone. More

PK matched the right vehicle with the needs i was looking for. My only complaint, is when i want to buy a truck, i don't like driving around the lot for 15 - 20 minutes looking for the various similar year F-150 Crew Cab. IMO, all the similiar year/crew-cab or extended cab should be lined up in a row so the customer can easily compare the inventory and have the sales guys spend less time driving/finding and more time selling. Truck was in beautiful condition, and low mileage but rear shocks were blown out at time of purchase. I question how this would get missed when the vehicle was being certified to be sold on the lot. I would have hoped the vehicle should have been checked top down for any issues prior to sale. It's not like "blown shocks" are easily missed. I start to question, what else could be wrong with the vehicle I've purchased... More
