Though they didn't have the new tires in stock, Mike made sure that the guys knew in the morning to take care of it. Not only that, but he came in on his day off - went to the tire place when they opened, picked up our tires himself and dropped them off at the dealership so we wouldn't have to wait for them to be delivered. We were good with the wait - but much happier to be on the road sooner. He went way out of his way and above/beyond. Validates our move from Dodge to Ford last winter. Super impressed with the service!!! More
