Extremely Knowledgeable & Friendly Service I dealt with Nick Hall and was extremely impressed with the service I received. I had a differential cable come loose and I pulled in and they assesse I dealt with Nick Hall and was extremely impressed with the service I received. I had a differential cable come loose and I pulled in and they assessed the problem immediately and had it fixed in NO time. I'm in Greely so Kanata is a bit far to go back but I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the West End. I will definitely go back if I am in that end of town. More

World Class Service from Ryan Rodney! My van had a serious issue with the cylinder head and I took to Ryan at Capital Dodge for a second opinion. Ryan listened to my concerns and carefully My van had a serious issue with the cylinder head and I took to Ryan at Capital Dodge for a second opinion. Ryan listened to my concerns and carefully explained the entire process to diagnose the problem. He called me back when he said he would and confirmed this was a known issue to Chrysler Canada. I was pretty relieved to hear this given the dealership I had taken it to the day before said without actually diagnosing the problem, they "knew" it was not a warranty covered issued and estimated the costs would be in the thousands! Before you have any major servicing performed on your Dodge Chrysler vehicle, take it to Ryan and his team, they will give you an HONEST and professional opinion. Trust is at the core of any service relationship and you can be sure I completely trust Ryan for service inquiries in the future! More
