Previously we we’re looking at a vehicle at Canyon Creek Toyota, the salesman again was professional and during the discussion surprisingly the Sales Manager came into his office and helped us with crunching some numbers and this was amazing. Also attended Calgary BMW and the receptionist immediately brought out the sales manager who introduced himself and directed us to one of his salesman. Again we thought this was exceptional service. This might be something to consider to update your sales approach. We never saw or spoke to the sales manager until we were picking up the vehicle. We do love the vehicle. More

I Recently moved to Calgary and was shopping around for used trucks, after visiting a few dealerships I stumbled upon a fantastic looking used truck at this one. I went to see the truck without an appointment and was greeted by Mathew who was one of the newer and younger salesmen, although hungry for his first sale he was not pushy and made it a very positive experience unlike some previous dealerships I visited where they cared mostly about the sale and would corner you and bombard you with questions as to why you are not ready for the purchase. I found this experience rather laid back Mathew took the time to pull the truck around and chat about my situation and when the time came to talk numbers they were very reasonable with the price and were able to agree on a price that I was comfortable with. Leaving Mathew with his first sale and me with my first truck purchase. But what really made me appreciate this place was the following day I received a phone call from Mathew saying that he spoke to his manager and was able to get the windshield of the truck replaced cost free for me. While purchasing the truck we noticed the crack but decided we would replace it ourselves if that would save us money. But Mathew went a step further and managed to get that replaced for us, it may just be a windshield but it’s the little things that some times mean the most and taking the stress of having to replace the windshield away was huge. Not to mention when I picked up the truck it was spotless you could tell they didn’t just throw it through a wash and call it a day they really took pride in their work. Although I bought a Ford I will be doing business with this dealership over the others any day of the week! More
