I have now purchased 3 vehicles thru Cliff and I can say that he’s the most personable, honest, hard working and will continuously go not the extra mi I have now purchased 3 vehicles thru Cliff and I can say that he’s the most personable, honest, hard working and will continuously go not the extra mile, but the extra world for you. I was in a car accident in April and wrote my Jeep off, I was not in the market or mindset of getting another vehcile. I called Cliff to meet with him, and he could sense I was pretty scared to drive again, right there he offered to personally come pick me up or send a driver for me, whatever I needed he was there. We found a vehicle I loved. Cliff never stopped working on the sale and details, and went completely above and beyond what was expected!! The car accident occurred six weeks before my wedding and to say it was just added stress, Cliff went so far as to not only give me a great deal on the vehicle but a wedding present as well! Cliff is a genuine individual who knows his customers and wants to keep them happy. I can’t refer this man enough! Sheryl was amazing to work with for the financing aspect! She never stopped working on the approval, to get my the best deal with the best company. She was constantly in contact with me, discussing options and checking in to see how I was healing. Sheryl is FANTASTIC and kept me sane during the approval process! I would deal with Peter in a heartbeat if I was looking for another vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, and went out of his way to find the answers to my questions if he didn't have the answer right away. Peter clearly demonstrates that customer service is his priority. I also briefly dealt with Lonny Brown, in the Finance Department, who was very pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful during the closing of the purchase. I didn't give the overall experience a 5* rating however because of an issue at the time of signing the final documents, that was completely out of Peter's and Lonny's control, that could have derailed the purchase. The dealership however, and in particular Jeff Howie , rectified the error and stood behind the agreement. I totally appreciated and respect Jeff's integrity in how he handled the situation, and it again demonstrates that customer service is what Capital has based their business on. Overall, despite the "hiccup" at the end, I would happily recommend this dealership and specifically Peter, Jeff, and Lonny. Thank you for getting me in my new truck! More

I didn't provide a 5* rating as there were a few things that fell off the map, that were not Zach or Cherlys fault but unfortunately does affect the overall experience. Those items were, they always seemed to be short staff which created waiting times for a couple of things, like financing and detailing. We recieved 1 car that was said to be detailed but it has a large black smudge on the interior roof that we now have to go back to get cleaned. Not the end of the world, just a small pain in the rear. They also lost a finance manager which made waiting for the approval take longer than normal. The good things to mention is that I want talked into something we didn't need, and Zach and Cheryl were both easy to communicate with and actually listened to what we needed. Thank you both so much for your help and to the gentleman in the purple suit who managed to make the work for us! (Sorry I don't remember your name but love the suit!) More
