Expensive but fair repair. Took my F150 into Cam Clark Richmond. Check engine light was on. I hoped it would be quick and cheap. Wrong on both accounts. 13 days and $2300 later, the job was done. Could they have done the job cheaper and faster? In my opinion, the answer is no. I had no idea how much investigation went into this repair. Kelvin C. went to great lengths to help me out and reduced the labor charges. I was loaned a new Mustang, no charge during the repair. Part had to ordered from Detroit, 5 business days delivery. When the job was done, Kelvin and the mechanic in charge showed me the damage to the intake manifold and explained how hard it was to diagnose problems hidden at the back of the engine. Although I hated to spend the money, I really appreciated the time and effort that was taken to explain and show the damage that had to be repaired. I would take my truck back to this service Center if I ever had another problem. It's all about trust. More

When she returns, I'll bypass the sales team and ask her to help us replace our other car, a Honda, with a Ford. I'm also very pleased with my 2015 Edge. Friends and clients climb in and always admire the interior. A coworker has even gone so far as to say he'd rather ride in the comfort of my Edge than in his Mercedes SUV. More
