Satisfied with my vehicle purchased I will rate this dealer 4 stars out 5.This is our 2nd time we had a Ford vehicle from this dealer. The good thing about the salesperson(Lester Lin) i I will rate this dealer 4 stars out 5.This is our 2nd time we had a Ford vehicle from this dealer. The good thing about the salesperson(Lester Lin) i dealt with is they are not forcing me to decide quickly. but instead feeds me with more information even if i did my homework beforehand. Another thing i like the most during my purchased was the manager will get involved and help to find ways to make things happen, like we end up a number that i am happy and they are happy as well.so finished the deal. Special thanks to Lester Lin and his Manager..you guys make me feel special. I will definitely recommend Cam Clark Ford Richmond More

Dealership review - regular service and factory recall Our vehicle was recently in for a service and recall work. The staff were polite and efficient, and the work was completed in less time than they had Our vehicle was recently in for a service and recall work. The staff were polite and efficient, and the work was completed in less time than they had scheduled. We have always found the counter staff very good. My complaint is not of the counter staff, but with the way Ford has dealt, overall, with the recall issue. We were sent a letter that the engine may burst into flame, and that we had to watch fluid levels and carry a fire extinguisher. In the letter it said that parts would not be available until mid October....months away, with the full summer ahead of us. As we had two vehicle trips planned, we complained at how long it was going to take to get the work done, and were told that a service manager would contact us. No-one contacted us. As a result, we had to cancel two summer trips through the mountains as I refused to go through hours with no cell coverage with a car whose engine might burst into flames. Not impressed. Why did it take so long, Ford, to get the parts? And why did no-one call us to try to work out a possible solution for our trips? This is incredibly poor service at the corporate level, in my estimation. More

I was informed that they were quite busy and that they might not be able to get it in until the next day, but was offered a loaner and given the assurance that they would get my vehicle back to me ASAP. I was shocked to get a phone call later that afternoon to tell me that my car was ready. Not only were they able to get all the items done, but they washed and vacuumed my car as well. Great service! More

Service at its best I brought my 2013 Ford Explorer for maintenance service and season tire-change. I explained an additional issue with the brakes with Kelvin Choi. I le I brought my 2013 Ford Explorer for maintenance service and season tire-change. I explained an additional issue with the brakes with Kelvin Choi. I left for work and got a call a little after noon and was told that the car was ready and the issue with the brakes was done. I told Kelvin that I would not make the last shuttle to the shop and he said that he would arrange a taxi voucher for me. Was at the shop by 6:15 or so via Richmond taxi and picked-up the vehicle clean and the issue with the brakes dealt with. Good job! More
