That alone should tell you how good a salesperson she is. She met me at the airport, drove me to the office, had all the paperwork all ready to go and even took me for breakfast. And to top it all off, Cam Clark ford bought me a bed liner for the truck too. I have been singing their praise since I got home to everyone that asks me about the new truck. Dealership review - regular service and factory recall Our vehicle was recently in for a service and recall work. The staff were polite and efficient, and the work was completed in less time than they had Our vehicle was recently in for a service and recall work. The staff were polite and efficient, and the work was completed in less time than they had scheduled. We have always found the counter staff very good. My complaint is not of the counter staff, but with the way Ford has dealt, overall, with the recall issue. We were sent a letter that the engine may burst into flame, and that we had to watch fluid levels and carry a fire extinguisher. In the letter it said that parts would not be available until mid October....months away, with the full summer ahead of us. As we had two vehicle trips planned, we complained at how long it was going to take to get the work done, and were told that a service manager would contact us. No-one contacted us. As a result, we had to cancel two summer trips through the mountains as I refused to go through hours with no cell coverage with a car whose engine might burst into flames. Not impressed. Why did it take so long, Ford, to get the parts? And why did no-one call us to try to work out a possible solution for our trips? This is incredibly poor service at the corporate level, in my estimation. More
