The HUB insurance contact was not an asset to the dealership though, providing uninformed advice about necessary coverage, what was required and what would be refunded from ICBC when all was reconciled. A stronger industry knowledge about competitors' coverage is highly recommended. More

I brought my truck in, and they reiterated it would take 3.5 hours. 2.hours later the truck was ready, had been washed. Can’t beat that. Service staff also was great. More
