Professional, Quick and cheaper than other Ford dealers They are good in their service. I arrived a little late to my appointment but still they were welcoming. Manufacture Recall Service called to inform me of the status of the work for the recall and advised on other issues noticed by the service technician. Additional time was required for the overall service and I have no issue with this as the items noticed we unforeseen. Better to notice on the hoist versus a tow on the road. More

I’ve had my Ford Super Duty Platinum for eight months now a This is to followup on my previous Google review of Nicole Bullock at Cam Ford Abbotsford. I’ve had my Ford Super Duty Platinum for eight months now and I couldn’t be happier with it and the ongoing support of Nicole and great Ford service. When in Arizona and California for the Winter I needed my first service done. I called Nicole to ask if she had any recommendations for a dealer and as usual she said, Peter leave it with me and I’ll get back to you. Again as usual, true to her word, she got back to me the next day and lined me up with a dealer (Larry Green Ford) in Blythe and the service staffs (especially Gary) professionalism and service was excellent. On my way back to Kelowna, I made a fuel stop in Boise Idaho. Coming out I took to tight of a turn with my 5th wheel and shattered my rear window. Of course panic and frustration sets in. I call Nicole and as usual she answers. Of course I excitedly ramble on about getting it repaired asap as soon as I get back to Kelowna and I need another recommendation from her while she is repeating “Peter” “Peter” calm down - calm down, it’s Sunday and there is not much I can do until morning. Funny how to can lose track of time when you are on vacation I didn’t even know what day of the week it was. Again, Nicole was true to her word, followed up with me in the morning and I had it repaired on Wednesday in Kelowna. As she has done every 4-6 weeks since I took delivery, she followed up with me to make sure everything is OK. In this day and age, that level of personal service is beyond rare, who would give you their personal phone number so you could call if you had any issues. I can’t thank you enough Nicole for always being there, for always being available even on your own time of to make sure your customers are looked after.
