covid? No shuttle, no car wash, no air freshner, so reminder sticker. Oil change. I booked way later than scheduled on sticker to accomodate no shuttle. I guess I am being pretentious expecting consistent quality service but the last 2 services have me wondering if the dealship is falling short on these minor details. The shuttle driver dropped off my sticker. I had to ask for car wash. No run down on my car as usual from Jordan (great worker). Girl just said she was new and forgot. So yeah. It is what it is. A review was asked and here it is. I can only hope things get better moving forward. Oh and this is service on 2 vehicles our car and truck. More
