F-150 purchase I had owned 2 F-150's in the past and like truck and was in search for an F-150 for myself. The salesperson had many that I could choose from. Once we narrowed it down to one the only thing left was to figure out the sale and conditions. This part went smooth. However, there was a mix up with the responsibilities of the sale wrt the registration and plate but the staff made sure the error was rectified however the second finance staff involved implied that the error was ours and was prepared to stonewall me but in a moment they were off to rectify the issue to get me on my way. The service department had a few items to fix up before the pick up but due to equipment failure couldn't complete by pick up. This issue wasn't communicated to the sales staff and I drove off unknowingly that the work wasn't complete. In no way was this the salesperson's error but a little communication is vital to a complete sale. Once I noticed the work wasn't complete the salesperson was eager to get the work complete once the vehicle could be dropped off. A service vehicle was supplied for the day while the work was being done. More

Amazing Team Sale For the second time in 5 months we purchased a new vehicle with the team of Mark Allen, Theresa Kelman and this time had some help from Justin Menard. For the second time in 5 months we purchased a new vehicle with the team of Mark Allen, Theresa Kelman and this time had some help from Justin Menard. I started off my search loving the Ford Edge but was worried it was out of my price range. On Saturday I picked up the Escape but quickly realized it was not the vehicle for me. Mark was very accommodating and even though he was on his way out of town for the weekend made arrangements for me to pick up the Edge that afternoon. I was very clear throughout the process that the price would be my deciding factor. Mark answered all off my many calls and worked with me to get the vehicle that was perfect for me without making me feel like I was out of my league or trying to sell me something I had no interest in. I learned from our first purchase with Mark he isn't the "full of BS car salesman"; tell him what you want and he'll get it for you. Not once did I feel pressured to make a decision or buy an upgrade I didn't need. Mark and Justin gave us more than fair trade on our "old" vehicle as well as incentives to help get us to a price we were comfortable with. As a bonus the Airdrie Dad's received a cash referral gift to go towards their generous work in the community. Going in to meet Theresa and Mark on Tuesday evening I was still not sure of my final decision. Theresa is so down to earth and talks to you like you are family. Theresa laid out 2 options for us with the maintenance and mechanical packages and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each, all while listening to our screaming toddler! During this process we were dealing with the service department as well with a hiccup in our truck. I admit I was hesitant to purchase another new vehicle but with the outstanding service and accommodations the entire team made it was a no brainer. No vehicle is perfect and as frustrating as it can be when you have a team that works with you it makes the process much less painful. This sale was truly a team effort. Working in the customer service environment I know that this is a rare find. Kudos to the Cam Clark Airdrie team. Now we each have new vehicles but we'll be back when it is Mac's turn! More

I was pretty sure i was wanting to upgrade my current 2005 King Came into the dealership to take a look at a truck that they had that interested me. I was pretty sure i was wanting to upgrade my current 2005 King Ranch to a much newer one, but was having trouble pulling the trigger on that decision. I met with Natalie and she took me out to take a look at the truck i was interested in. She did such a great job explaining some of the trucks options and going over some of the different ways we could get my upgrade idea completed. She worked so hard at trying to get me the best deal and represented my interests really well. I really found her super easy to talk to and incredibly informative on the truck. She didn't throw a pile of pressure on me but just really understood what i was looking for and got me the info i was needing to make my decision. I love my new ride and am sooo happy i made the decision to purchase at Cam Clark Ford. Thanks for all your hard work Natalie, you're the absolute best!!! No words to truly express At first when I met Mark, I thought "here we go...your typical car salesman"... And to top it off, we are typically GM people. But you know, you can't judge a book by its cover. That goes for not only Mark, but the brand as well. Mark went way out of his way and possible comfort zone to fit us into an Escape. Took one try actually. While on the test drive, he scared the cheap out of my lady while showing us the safety features it has. I was in stitches. He kept the conversation light and fun. Not what you'd expect from a "typical in you face" salesman. Got us some added creature comforts and had winter tires installed before we picked it up. Although Mark did a stellar job for us, it would've been all for not if it weren't for the Nonprime team of Jamie and Carolee. This is where it blew my mind. I had some serious personal issues that came about just before we picked up the Escape. Low and behold, Jamie called me back at 7:30on and had some wonderful news. Now I won't go into the details as each customer has different needs, but this team had our back! We are now the proud owners of a Ford. Way to go guys and gal! The short of it all, is that this dealership is trying to make things work for you. Sure they're getting paid on top of it all. But in my opinion, doing what they do and how they do it, will gladly bring us back to see them. So long as they stay the same. Cheers! More
