For car shoppers, up to 19 cars and trucks, new and used, are in our showroom, and when you buy one, you will pick it up in our climate controlled, private delivery area, known as the Launch Pad. I know that if I need his help with an issue that he will ensure that the right people get involved to address this issue. Not only does Ernest get the right people involved but he follows up with me to make sure I am happy. I've dealt with this dealer since when they were Kerr and things have not improved at all. There service staff are incompetent, turn around time ridiculous and overall poor. They even broke the pipe coming o things have not improved at all. There service staff are incompetent, turn around time ridiculous and overall poor. They even broke the pipe coming out of a water pump and then refused to take any responsibility when the vehicle broke down in Peterborough. They couldn't even get he wipers right on the car. Terrible dealer. Wish GM would revoke there dealership. They are an embarrassment to the brand. More
