Crappy Service! Since spring-summer is on it's way, tire changeover isn't really my thing & balancing them. I shop around auto shops to search for best prices, so when I called Brimell Toyota for a quote on Tire Balncing & Changeover. They quoted me $45.95+HST for the whole service over the phone, and so I made an appointment. In the day of the service, as I came in, I was greeted by this guy "Brad" (Service Adviser), did the round check, and told him what need to be done (Tire Balancing & Changeover) and so the guy said "Yeah, just have a seat over the lounge and well get to you once done". So my wife waited and watch this crappy movie. And after a long wait (TWO FREAKING HOURS!!) here comes "Brad", and told us it will just be another 30 min. (BAAAH!!) so we waited..AGAIN!! After that, he comes in and told me the car was ready, and I paid and he gave the keys back and told me where the car was parked...So as I get closer to my car, I did a round inspection just to make sure they did the job properly. Guess what happen??? THEY DIDN'T BALANCE THE WHEELS!!! xxxx I was pissed. So try thinking? For 2 hours++, they only swap my all-season tire (on rims) to my winter tire (on rims)! 2 HOURS!! and that job only! I could have change it myself in an hour or less. So anyway, I went back and called this guy "Brad" and told him the wheels wasn't balance. And he's like "????? are you sure?" Well duh, if it was balance, there should be weights on the rims, right? So he went to the mechanic that did the job. And guess what, this stupid guy "Brad" didn't tell the mechanic to balance the tires, but just to swap them. So he came back to me and asked if I could wait or if not then I could go back by night. So I asked him that if ever I'll go back by night, would the car be safe to drive without the wheels balance?...And the stupid dumb guy said "Yeah, its safe!" Hahahahaha...what kind of a Toyota Adviser would tell you that your car is safe to drive when the wheels isn't balance? I laugh my xxx off at this guy. And so I waited for another hour just to get my wheels balance. Worst experience at a dealer!! And by the way, they quoted me $45.95+HST by the phone, and at the dealer they charge me $50.00+HST. So better ask first before they do the service just to verify the price. More

Upon my arrival at Brimell Toyota I was warmly greeted by a smiling man who's name is Jasbir Chauhan. He was patient and kind and when I explained to him my predicament (my car had recently ceased to work and the repair costs were too high for the age of the vehicle) he immediately helped me by showing me vehicles that were in my price range. There was no sales pressure and at one point he left me to ponder a few vehicles we had looked at so that I could feel comfortable and not pressured. I did choose a vehicle but wisely decided to sleep on it, as you should when making a major purchase. Jasbir Chauhan was very supportive and provided me with additional information about the vehicle that I took home with me. He also carefully explained the certified used vehicle rates and how I would save even more if I considered a previously owned vehicle. Overall my experience was very positive and I would recommend this dealership to my friends. More

Wonderful Staff very helpful. Never been disappointed and if you are they won't ask for any extra money and fix the problem right away this is what a dealership should do.
