Warm, friendly and professional In search of a new vehicle and not really sure of what type of vehicle I wanted I was recommended to visit Bramgate dealership. I was nervous of deale In search of a new vehicle and not really sure of what type of vehicle I wanted I was recommended to visit Bramgate dealership. I was nervous of dealerships and worried about the stories I hear of dealerships taking advantage of people and me being a female not knowing too much about the industry I was skeptical. I met with Ali Jamal who is part of the management team. I work in the banking industry and customer service is important to me, I have to say Mr. Jamal was excellent. He sat down with me and listened to me describe what I was looking for and explained in detail things I should consider when getting a vehicle such as the cost of gas and maintenance for each brand and make. He then took me outside and let me look and and sit in the choices I gave him. After viewing the vehicles on the lot we went back inside and discussed some more of what I wanted. I wasn't sold on what I had just looked at. I guess you can say Ali had an "aha" moment because he then said "I think we have something you would be interested in. It just came in and not cleaned to our liking but I have a feeling it's for you". While walking to the back he mentioned it was a Ford. I immediately stated that I do not like Fords and could not see myself in one. Well he proved me wrong. It was like love at first sight lol. He showed me the outside and inside, let me sit in it and explained all the features it had which was exactly what I was looking for. I sat in vehicle in awe because I couldn't believe I found the one and that it was actually a Ford! I was sold, no more questions asked this was the vehicle for me. After discussing the details and cost, Ali must of sensed my nervousness and told me how long the dealership was around, a background on the owner and a background on his career and his time at the dealership. It gave me reassurance that I was dealing with someone who wanted to make sure I was fully aware of who I was dealing with. Fast forward a few weeks because I had some difficulties getting the necessary information, my current car broke down and I did not want to put any money towards fixing it when I was in the process of a new one. I was under stress and worried about what I was gonna do. Ali told me to bring the car in and that the dealership has a loaner I can use until what I needed came through. I felt like crying because I was not expecting that and being a single mother of two having a vehicle is important. I am so grateful that I had Ali to work with in my search for a car and very appreciate of how sensitive, professional and personable he was to my situation. I can't express enough what that means to me. I have to also mention my experience with the finance department as well. I worked with Susan Micic. She is very knowledgeable, professional and to the point. I also experienced a personable connection with her as well. While getting my information and etc together we shared some past and current life experiences with each other which also made me comfortable, more open and I came away with more than I needed. She explained different things to me in detail so that I could make an informed decision regarding finances, warranty and insurance. When she says she is going to do something she does it, and her follow up skills are great she made sure to stay in contact and that I knew what was needed and why. Ali and Susan went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer, and their patience did not go unrecognized as well. On a few of my visits I had my family with me and not only were Ali and Susan warm and friendly to them but the other sales agents present spoke to my family, welcoming them and chatting with them. I was very pleased with that. Ali and Susan gave me reassurance even after I signed and drove off with my Ford that if I have any questions or concerns to call them. I was blessed to have walked into that dealership and have such kind people to work with. Oscar from sales helped me in every case from finding me the right car I was looking for to get me in the car at delivery with great professional service explaining everything at every point. Ricky from finance explained everything nicely regarding the finance needs. And short of words for Chris Fernandez, who gave us so long of his busy time as a Manager to make this purchase a perfect deal to fit our needs and expectations. Great experience, great vehicle, the best customer service Wayne was very helpful and honest. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle I ultimately wanted.
