Perfect Survey was all he cared about Although Jiri provided us with a good price on the vehicle that I purchased, his integrity came into question when the survey we provided was not a "p Although Jiri provided us with a good price on the vehicle that I purchased, his integrity came into question when the survey we provided was not a "perfect score". During the sales process we asked for a trunk liner in place of the monster mats he was offering us. Jiri ASKED us for a "perfect survey" in exchange for the trunk liner. Upon delivery of our vehicle, we noticed a few scratches and paint imperfections. Jiri along with the sales manager informed us that we would have them taken care of when we brought the vehicle back in a week later (on our own time). Due to this experience, we gave an honest survey which did not result in a "perfect score". Jiri was upset regarding the "non perfect score" as it "cost him $100" as he put it. Although he did provide a trunk liner, it was dirty and not in the original packaging which was not acceptable and we refused it. It is upsetting that the surveys system here at Bramgate is based on what appears to be bribery and false promises and not on honest integral opinions of their customers. All those 5 out of 5 surveys they proudly display on their website are a result of customers getting something return. Integrity here at Bramgate is not a strength. More
