Great cars, great people. Quick and painless process. I dealt primarily with Jiri and Chris while purchasing my 2015 GTI, and it was a great experience. Jiri provided me with brand new rubber mats when al I dealt primarily with Jiri and Chris while purchasing my 2015 GTI, and it was a great experience. Jiri provided me with brand new rubber mats when all I asked was for some to be transferred from another car, and helped make my decision easy. Jiri was great to talk to and has a great story to tell if you have the time. Chris was very accomodating, helping me to complete my paperwork when time was short, and helped arrange the payment of the lien on my trade in. Ricky was great, easy to talk to and made financing quick and simple. He advised me on the mechanical warranty (which I got - great decision), and followed up promptly to let me know my loan had been approved. I drove over 100km to get the car, and I would do it again to be able to work with the staff at Bramgate. The dealership is beautiful, and the people are excellent. More

My dad referred me to Chris Vander Wel, who is not only an exceptional and knowledgeable source of advice but a gem of a person. I was astonished to see the kind of rapport everyone had with my father. Everyone in the dealership, and I mean literally everyone, was stopping to chat with him and gently teased him about his affinity to VW. Chris effortlessly guided me through the selection process and made it an absolute pleasure with his insight and affable nature. A special thanks also to Joanne Yulo who guided me through the leasing vs financing conundrum and got me the most comfortable payment package. Bramgate seems to be an extension of family now - the warmth and care they extend to all clients is unparalleled. Hugh Payne even promised us a desk at the dealership when we arrive to get the delivery of the fourth car next year!!
